Book presentation with ‘prezi’ - interactive canvas, slideshows & mind maps

The web tool ‘prezi’ provides a good opportunity to make an interesting, colorful and picturesque presentation, e.g. a book presentation with cites, images or summaries. It is comparable to a Power Point Presentation, but there are far more options to structure and design it. In my opinion it might be very attractive for pupils, because it is not boring and can be full of surprises. Teachers could use it to awaken interest in a new piece of literature or another topic and pupils could make their own virtual canvas in which they deal with the topic or share their ideas and opinions.
